IT Specialist - SAP Environmental, Health, & Safety and Product Lifecyle Management Essential Job Functions:

• Stays abreast of SAP releases and new functionality and makes related recommendations to internal business customers and IT management.
• Collaborates with internal business customers and other support team members, understanding global business process, plan and implement changes in production environment of SAP S4.
• Documents scope and requirements for enhancements, changes, and breakages.
  • Develops and documents detailed requirements.
  • Performs required configuration changes.
  • Documents and communicates needed programming changes.
  • Performs initial testing of enhancements, changes, and break-fixes.

IT Specialist - SAP Environmental, Health & Safety and Product Lifecyle Management Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree* required; Information Technology or Computer Science degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience focusing on the EHS and/or PLM modules.
• Knowledgeable of the integration points with Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, and Master Data governance.
• Experience interacting with the development team and business process owners across the Order to Cash processes and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Ability to work in team oriented, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate EHS&S Management Information Systems software available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and system selection, and/or assessing clients’ current systems and processes and their ability to support EHS&S information flows.
• Provide advice on different EHS&S Management Information Systems in response to specific data, organizational and operational requirements.
• Implement EHS&S Management Information Systems software for clients worldwide, assisting with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements.
• Support consultant teams that develop environmental compliance solutions with drafting system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing automated custom reporting and automated interfaces functionality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in an EHS&S related field.
• Diversified information technology experience and sound knowledge of EHS software, methodologies, domains and technology required. (Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Audit Management, Incident Management & Risk Assessment)
• Knowledge and hands on experience with EHS&S Management Information Systems such as Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, OpsInfo, Impact, SAP EHSM, Enviance, ProcessMap, SAI Global, CR360 or other EHS&S software systems.
