Position Title: SAP EHS Consultant (Process Industry)

For this purpose, we are applying the most modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), SAP HANA, Microsoft 365 and Industry 4.0 (IoT). We also plan to move to SAP S/4 HANA in 2025.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) module to help the organization comply with environmental and product safety regulations, especially:
• Basic data & tools (specification workbench, Phrase management, etc.)
• Product Safety (Report Shipping, WWI template development, Expert rulesets, Substance volume tracking, SDS)
• 3E ERC Regulatory content data load
• Dangerous Goods Management
• Poison Center Notification (Opesus)
• Work with the business stakeholders to gather requirements, mainly the Product Safety and Regulations team, and ensure integration with other SAP module (MM, SD)
• Perform 3rd level support, in particular manage Incidents and Service requests escalated from 2nd level with attention to achieve a good service level.
• Support the conversion to S/4 HANA (brownfield)
• Perform data migration related to SAP roll outs (HSE specifications)

Educational Qualification

• Academic degree in Computer Sciences

Experience and Skills

• Significant experience as an SAP EHS consultant in process industry
• Knowledge of SAP master data objects and architecture (ideally in SAP PP-PI) : Material master, Bill of materials
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• ABAP coding skills is a strong plus.
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
