SAP DMS Consultant:

The SAP DMS Consultant is responsible for implementing configuring and managing the SAP Document Management System to ensure proper storage retrieval and security of business critical documents This role includes working closely with business users to understand their document management needs providing technical expertise and ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules

Key Responsibilities

1 SAP DMS Implementation

Design configure and implement SAP DMS solutions

2 User Support Training

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP DMS issues

3 Document Control Governance

Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with internal and external standards

4 Performance Optimization

Monitor the performance of the DMS system and identify opportunities for optimization

5 Integration and Workflow

Customize and manage document workflows for approvals reviews and revisions
