Mission/RoleThe Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) for Women’s Footwear will be responsible for supporting and driving the Grand footwear category to achieve and exceed company revenue and category performance objectives with direction from the Director, Product Merchandising, Women’s Fashion Dress and Dress/Casual Footwear.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Analyze selling reports provided by business channels for new and existing collections, styles, skus/colors for in-season selling performance; Communicate findings in a visual/analytic manner
  • Ensure all data integrity, from line plan kick off through sales meeting is accurate and current in PLM system in partnership with design, product development and costing teams
  • Generate ad hoc reports for past season performance or forecast reports for upcoming seasons to inform line planning and product life cycle management
  • Maintain and track changes to merchandise assortments by season; communicate changes to all cross-functional team members (design, PD, costing, channels)
  • Assist with drafting presentation materials, including:
    • Business review documents for presentation to executive leadership
    • Develop sales meeting presentation materials for insight into key product launches including features/benefits, use of technology, color and material flow, etc.
  • Act as the point of contact for product-related questions for business channels
  • Research competitive landscape and marketplace for insight into white space opportunities and trends
  • Coordinate samples for meetings and presentations
  • Work proactively & independently
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 4+ years previous related experience in Merchandising or Product Management; experience in Women’s footwear and/or accessories is preferred
  • Understanding of Women’s fashion and dress footwear market and love of fashion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience in SAP or PLM is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Able to work proactively & independently
  • Entrepreneurial, positive working style
